Drink Package Question

Back in April 2023 I purchased the upgrade to the premium package for my cruise leaving on 31 May this year.  This morning I had an email stating I am on the Classic Package and asking if I want to upgrade.

Should I panic?  I have the printout of the purchase.  I am waiting for an agent in chat now.  If when I arrive at the port they show I am classic, do I talk to them or someone onboard?

Mystery resolved.  The agent saw in the shopping cart I had an upgrade even though I had already purchased it.  She cleared it and confirmed that we are on premium.

I have gotten those in your situation,  I disregard…never had any on board issues.
