ScottC4746 Posted May 9 #1 Share Posted May 9 Back in April 2023 I purchased the upgrade to the premium package for my cruise leaving on 31 May this year. This morning I had an email stating I am on the Classic Package and asking if I want to upgrade. Should I panic? I have the printout of the purchase. I am waiting for an agent in chat now.
