Watching some videos, it seems that the mid-ship has either sit-down or buffet style service on sea day lunches? I saw some days it was Chinese, another I assume is the Pasta outlined above?

it was only pasta on my sailings, sit down service.

there's chinese for lunch on venezia, sister ship in nyc, lido deck aft, where the seafood shack operates at night. on firenze, it's the chicken shack (similar to shaq big chicken).
