NCL accounting...or is it just their goofy website (again)?

maybe the extra charge has to do with some specialty dining that was booked.  If you booked free specialty dining as a lattitude perk in addition to FAS dining, the computer thinks you are purchasing extra dining that FAS does not cover .   Happened to me.  I  paid to have peace of mind.  I considered it a casino loss

Could the extra charge be from booking an excursion thru the app/online and it not giving you any discounts? If I try to book an excursion thru the app, I don't get the $50 credit/person (since I upgraded.to FAS+), but thru the website, I get the discounts.  Just weird!

That's not it. We only booked one NCL excursion and everything came out correctly when we confirmed the reservation.

 

Again, the app shows the correct total, with a ZERO balance...but the website shows the total as $75 more...with the $75 due yesterday before midnight. Both the PCC and the "chat" person say there is no balance due.

A lot of glitches are created (and some fixed) over the weekend. I'm wondering how your glitch is coming along now that it's Monday.

Thanks for asking. It now (miraculously) shows a zero balance...and it even has the added bonus of saying "Payment Complete". You must be psychic...😁

And all of a sudden they recognize the error and applied the €200 correctly after informing then about my other steps at the european services.

 

Well, it got resolved and that's all that counts. ☺️
