Harvest Caye & Placencia

I've been trying to determine where the "ferry" owned by NCL drops passengers in Placencia, and how walkable it is over to the main village part of Placencia and/or the "Sidewalk."  Does anyone know?  And what about where it starts on Harvest Caye, and price?

It does drop you right in the village and the boardwalk is there.  This might help don't know the price though.
