Tamarind Question

Many times I've gone to the Tamarind and ordered multiple appetizers and no entre. Last cruise on the Statendam I was told that appetizers were limited to two. Is this a new fleetwide policy?

I have even had 4 appetizers a couple of times and NO entree than they made two of these appetizers look like an entree and served those two combined on one dish .

This was also on the N Statendam this year . 

In my view the company saves money specially if I also not ask for any side dishes.
