So just back from my excursion- so much fun! There were 9 of us, yes I was odd woman out. We made 4 drinks- 2 margaritas, mango mojito and a paloma , made some guacamole, had ceviche ( it was quite good) as well as lunch all while overlooking the dolphins at dolphinaris. Great group of peeps and Carlos was such a great and fun teacher. I would absolutely do this excursion again but...wear sunscreen even though it is shaded.

Sorry, totally forgot to take pics of the pork belly, tuna, rice and salad. I was really hungry!

Dinner was good. Much better than the last time I ate at Bonsai Teppanyaki- i dont remember which ship. However, the other people were not really in to it so while the food was good i felt sorry for the chef. 

I had the filet and shrimp. Had I known they were using warm water lobster tails I would have chosen lobster.

The scallops were good (not great) the shrimp were wonderful- you can choose to get them with the heads off if you prefer. I would order the shrimp again but not the scallops.

Today I plan to hit alchemy early ( opens at 2, then hit Dr Inks)

Tomorrow hopefully I will be able to get some good pics of Serenity before the masses board. Are there any other areas people want pics of?

This ship is so big there are many places I havent gone yet.

Favorite Entree- Lamb chops

Favorite Lunch - Chicken Sandwich from Shaqs

 

Think Im going to try Cucina for dinner tonight since it is included

 

Im sorry most all of my food choices have been specialty restaurants. This was a week of treating myself after a stressful work contract and celebrating my first solo :) 

Will try more of the included dining tonight and  next week

So, i went to guest services yesterday to check to make sure i was linked as a b2b- was assured I was and was told the b2b letters would be delivered. 

Fast forward, no letter by 11a today. Went to guest services and was told they were hand delivered. So A) they forgot mine or B) somebody took my letter. I suspect someone took it. I know door decorations have moved during the night (i woke up to see the neighbors Toucan on my door) , misc door knockings etc....

So remember what I said a few days into the cruise about it not being too bad with 1200 kiddos....

But seriously, it really hasnt been bad, i take it in stride and only one potential fight in the steakhouse.

Its a small city, add alcohol, heat etc...

No worries mon!

So maybe my memory isnt too terrible. One of the bartenders in Dr Inks was in the Alchemy on the Celebration TA- he did confirm- I feel much better..I was thinking the cheese was slipping off the cracker...
