Relocating to the GO as we navigate the bay on the way to open waters…. This Sailaway is absolutely remarkable. And lasts for a good ninety minutes.

Wifi has been slow - but jumping ahead - I’m at the Latitudes party. There are no ambassadors on this sailing. Just a few diamonds. This shocks me.

So much to report here…. First, I bought transfers for us back to VCE after the cruise. Couldn’t do it in advance, no problem now. 
 

Secondly, B apparently booked us an excursion in Santorini in Spanish. And the English version is now full. aye Dios Mio.

I want to do this trip but not in the heat as the scenery has been absolutely amazing. Doing Norway next year and cannot wait as I know that will exceed Alaska for scenery.

Latitudes Party!

Cheese cubes and drinks going around. I said “what’s the pink one” and he said “vodka cocktail”…. Good enough for me

Senior officers appeared at the back and then were excused to go back to work. No remarks. The host wasn’t the CD… it was the Cruise Next desk guy

I did get doubled up real quick without asking

Yeah this was my first Latitudes party to attend and man… it’s basically just a sales pitch. No video, no information about future plans, no hearing from officers…. Hosted by the Cruise Next Guy and over in 20 minutes. 
 

 

There were no Ambassadors on the cruise. Only a couple diamonds, they were in the room though. 
 

These were on every surface. And he encouraged us to apply for the credit card and book onboard. That was it. B said it best… “that was like a timeshare”

Time for dinner! It was a long hot day and we decided to move Le Bistro to Split night instead of waiting another hour. People were hungry. Summer Palace awaits!
