Looking for info on THE CATCH on the Sun

Haven't heard much discussion regarding "The Catch" on the Sun Princess.  Does anyone have a menu or remember if salmon is available and what kind of sides come with the meals?  Thank you very much.

The Catch menu is somewhat different on Sun, as is Crown, Kai, etc..

Less items, higher price, but still beautiful delivery, delicious, etc. 

The Catch is located aft of the Eatery. During the day, it's regular buffet seating and service, nighttime it transforms.ti The Catch (other side if Butcher Block by Dario).
