Jules. Posted June 23 #1 Share Posted June 23 We’re a party of six (but on three separate bookings) travelling down to Southampton together on the intercruises coach from Burtonwood. One couple will be staying in an adapted stateroom and has booked special assistance for boarding and disembarkation. He is bringing his own lightweight folding manual wheelchair. Although we will arrive at the pier together I am presuming that we will be separated at check in until we have boarded, can anyone advise where our friends might be located on the ship once the member of staff from assistance has left them? I’m presuming they just get taken to the lobby? Thanks.

As long as it's ready, which is usually the case when boarding commences, assistance will take them to their cabin.
