I have booked the carousel show, but don’t know which performance time. How do I find this out.

The actual day and time have to be selected once on board.   Do this fairly soon after boarding and pick the earliest date you are comfortable with because cancelled shows are fairly common and bookings for the last days/times can get difficult.
