Which dining rooms are traditional and which are walk in?

A rather odd thing seems to have happened on the App. I have a cruise forthcoming on Sky Princess. When I was eventually able to book my dining arrangements I searched the three available Cielo , Estrella and Soleil and came to the conclusion that Soleil was the restaurant which we wanted as it was the one for fixed time dining and we wanted the 19.50 time slot for a majority of the cruise and that would be shared. But the times showed every 20 minutes and although there was a 19.50 time slot it then only gave the Private table available. So I booked 19.30 shared which it accepted and shows on my booking. However I looked today and although my bookings are showing as 19.30 the times available are now only 17.30 and 19.50. 17.30 being available as Shared or Private, but 19.50 Private only. Bizarre to say the least.

@Cruisemeister2002 I show the Soleil dining room for voyages in 2025 to be traditional dining. Since I don’t know what year and month your voyage is, do I have the below information incorrect or correct for your booked Dining?

Before 9-15-24 Cielo accepts reservations every 20 minutes.

 

October 2024

Soleil is reservable,every 20 minutes ( example of times booked by a CC member: 6:30 pm & 6:50pm) and 7:30 pm

Cielo-reservable every 20 minutes on app for those that have booked 

Estrella- reserve class collection- enter on port side

 

November 2024

CC member said they booked dinning,not just looked on app

Soleil- reservable ,private table available 5:30pm, 6:30 pm & 7:10 pm(this is what other passengers have booked ,not what’s currently available -subject to change based upon slots being filled ) & 7:30 pm

Cielo- reservable(5:30pm-9:10 pm) private table available 6:30pm & 7:10pm

 

May 2025

Soleil- Traditional 5 pm & 7:30 pm??? Or 7:50 pm??

Cielo-reservable every 20 minutes (5pm-8:20pm)- upon availability shared or private table during those hours

 

June 2025

Soleil- Traditional 5:30pm & 7:50pm

Cielo- reservable 

Estrella walk in

 

September 2025

Soleil-Traditional 

 

April 2026 

Soleil- shows reservable,every 20 minute time slots on App , but might really be Traditional DR a CC member posted

Soleil- reservable every 20 minute time slots 5:30 pm -9:10 pm( CC member booked 6:10 pm)
