First trip to the UK for a cruise. We are leaving from Dover. Train tickets are booked but curious if we can walk from the station to the port? I am seeing varied times-from 25 minutes to 45. Just don't want to miss the train back as we booked to depart before the 11AM rush.

  • pooksma changed the title to Port of Dover to Train station

Walking takes 20 minutes.  Taxi takes 2 minutes for around £12 to £15. Cruise ships normally attract taxi drivers as they know trade will be available.
