Specialty Dining, Is it Worth it?

We will be on the MSC Euribia for Norway and we were looking at specialty dining (2 Specialty Dining Experience).  It comes with L'Atelier Grill and Kaito Sushi.  We weren't sure how this work. Is it a set menu for both restaurants?  If you have been to either one of these restaurants with the dining package, please do share your experiences.  How many appetizers are you allow to get?  I assume only 1 main dish and 1 desert.  

Would be great if you can also share a menu.
