bafinegan Posted July 20 #1 Share Posted July 20 I have read about a visitor/tourist tax to be aid when visiting Bonaire. Does Carnival include this in the port fees? Or is this something that must be paid prior to the cruise by us? Confused...
High-n-LowTide Posted July 20 #2 Share Posted July 20 Haven’t cruised with Carnival, but have been to Bonaire on a previous cruise. There were no fees, so it must have been included. 1
Katefromupstate Posted July 20 #3 Share Posted July 20 Cruise ships pay a fee to dock on Bonaire that covers their passengers. Visitors who arrive by air pay a $75 fee either online before they arrive or at the airport at time of arrival. Tip: if you fly to Bonaire, pay it online ahead of your trip to get through immigration sooner. Kate
Tansy Mews Posted August 28 #4 Share Posted August 28 It is strange they aren’t clear on Bonaire’s. website. One of the other ABC islands says only those staying overnight must pay.
