Joy New York arrival time

Recommended Posts

How strict is the staff with assigned boarding times on embarkation day? I'll likely be arriving in New York very early that morning. My arrival time for the ship is 2 (it was the earliest available). Would it be an issue if I arrive a couple hours earlier?

No problem. Go from the airport to the port. Priority boarding starts around 11:00 am. General boarding, by group number assigned at check-in starts around 11:30. Check-in closes 2 hours prior to your departure time.

For those who want an early check-in time, you need to do your online check-in exactly 21 days prior to departure, midnight eastern time.
