I think and my experiance seems to show that when you get to the true upper level, you either cruise often, many sailings a year or don't  cruise at all anymore (second one is usually for health reasons)

 

Normally with the number of cruises it takes to achieve Zenith, you know you like to cruise and will continue to do it often.
