Cruise from Shanghai in 2 Months - No Shore Excursions Available?

70 Days until my B2B sailing from Shanghai, with stops in Japan and South Korea.

There is no shore excursions available at all, is this normal? Any idea when these will pop up?

For those sailings it could be that the excursions are added much closer to sailing or on the ship only.

No, it's not normal for most other regions to not have excursions that close in.
