Rare Host Jazzbeau Posted August 8 #1 Share Posted August 8 Thinking about doing a Columbia & Snake River Cruise (paired with Puget Sound & Vancouver Island). The two operators I am looking at are American Cruise Line (ACL) and Lindblad/NatGeo. ACL has newer ships with huge cabins. NatGeo has old ships with tiny cabins, but reputation for more active excursions (and their Columbia/Snake touts food and wine focus). Looking for any help in choosing. Thanks! ExpeditionCruiseLvr Posted August 14 #2 Share Posted August 14 I have been on 2 Lindblad trips and the staff and teams are amazing! I would go with Lindblad every time if I could afford it. But if you want comfort of a better ship choose ACL
AroundWithMAPTravels Posted yesterday at 01:55 PM #3 Share Posted yesterday at 01:55 PM Booked Lindblad/nat geo Sea Lion for oct 2025. Last time on sea lion was 2009. Have been on many newer Lindblad and ACL ships since then. Will let you know how Sea Lion is doing…. This will be our first food/wine focused trip. Have been looking forward to trying one. Hope it lives up to our expectations😁🥩🍷
