Galaxy: ? regarding boarding time and CC party times?

Asked these questions yesterday, but apparently post is not on here or is lost in space. So trying again:

 

If you sailed from Civitaveccia on the Galaxy, what time did they REALLY allow people to board?

 

Re: their Cruise Critic Meet and Greet parties on the Galaxy's E. Med. itinerary, when do they normally hold them? I am hoping it's no later than the 2nd day of the cruise.

Every CC party I've ever registered for was on different days during the cruise at different times. The only thing so far that they have had in common is that they tend to be in the morning.

On our recent Galaxy trip - We had our meet on the first day. 11am in the Savoy. As this was a sea day after Galveston.

What they do on port intensive trips - I have no idea.
