Can we still buy wine package onboard? My last cruise with Royal in 2021 it was still there a 5 or 7 bottles package if I recall. And there was standard or premium wines.

Correct.  

 

If you get the dining package you get 40% off bottles under $100 and 20% off bottles over $100.

 

Each adult 21 or older may also bring one bottle on board at embarkation
