Galveston parking high elevation

Question for Galveston locals...

I'm looking for higher elevation parking options for next week in Galveston. As a Houston local that's in Galveston a couple of times a month, I've noticed some pretty regular flooding this year.

What's the least likely to flood? The old copper indoor place on harborside? Falstaff? The indoor place at harborside and 18th (if it's still there)? Lighthouse and EZcruise appear decently elevated, but maybe not as high. I know of the little garage structure on 25th and harborside, but that may be hard to get into.
