New to Celebrity - Question about Vegan/Vegetarian options in MDR & Buffet

I guess my subject line says it all. We are sailing on the Beyond in February to the eastern Caribbean. We have two folks in our group that are a vegan and a vegetarian. On Princess, the options for these diners in the MDR are clearly marked on the menus, and there are lots of options in the buffet.

 

Is it the same on Celebrity? Thanks.

Yes. You won’t have any issues.

In the MDR you have to know to request special menus, but every night there are separate rotating vegan, vegetarian, and Indian vegetarian menus. If you ask your server they'll bring you any of them, or all three. There is some overlap between the vegan and vegetarian menus but between the three there's a good amount of choice. Breakfast and lunch didn't have supplemental menus and it would be worth looking at the day's lunch menu in the app, or checking that there was something on the breakfast menu that appealed to the vegan in your group, before deciding to dine in the MDR.

 

The buffet had a variety of options including a vegan corner with several dishes.

Also oat, soya and almond milk at breakfast in the buffet and plant based milk at Cafe al Bacio. Celebrity has definitely improved their vegan offerings in the last couple of years so it should be easy for your group to find plenty of variety.
