Rare Sleep7 Posted 12 hours ago Author #52 Share Posted 12 hours ago Sete.. a lovely town to just stroll around. The last time we were here we took the all day excursion to Carcassone. It was totally worth the trip! Not to be missed. On this cruise however.. we didn't take any shore excursions. My goal was to make this as a relaxing week as possible.. a week where we didn't have to set an alarm in the morning on any of the days. We have been to all of the ports at least once so there was never any hurry to get up and go early. I'm glad to report that my goal of a very mellow week was realized. 😊

Rare Sleep7 Posted 12 hours ago Author #56 Share Posted 12 hours ago I took Spanish in high school but I think this commemorates the bombing of Sete in WWII.
Rare Sleep7 Posted 12 hours ago Author #57 Share Posted 12 hours ago Can't leave without at least one doorway pic.😊 And also realized that we kind of match.. in plaids and in hairdos.
Rare Sleep7 Posted 12 hours ago Author #58 Share Posted 12 hours ago Back on board for the day's destination lunch at the Windows Cafe. My favorite place to dine is on the back deck with a glass of wine in my hand.. ahh..🍷

Rare Sleep7 Posted 11 hours ago Author #64 Share Posted 11 hours ago We skipped the delicious looking Mexican buffet and ate at Aqualina instead. Another amazing meal! Aqualina's menu is the same every night.

We had no edge at all.. a lot of fun yes.. but no edge whatsoever.😵💫
Rare Sleep7 Posted 11 hours ago Author #68 Share Posted 11 hours ago After dinner we took a stroll along the deck to walk off some of the veal chop, tuna and lobster. An extra lap was needed for the souffle!

Rare Sleep7 Posted 10 hours ago Author #74 Share Posted 10 hours ago It was a short less than 10 minute walk to the harbor. There is a little train in Marseille with a big line. A fresh catch for sale at the head of the harbor.
Rare Host Jazzbeau Posted 10 hours ago #75 Share Posted 10 hours ago DW, who had her head shaved for cranioplasty to smooth a previous surgery, said she hopes you have a hat. If you’re not used to short hair, you may get burned before you know it.
