Scootaround pickup at RCI Galveston terminal

Previously, scooters were delivered to our stateroom and we used wheelchair assistance to get through the terminal.

 

Latest rental (for November cruise) says we pick it up in the terminal "right under the Welcome Aboard sign" according to the person I talked to on the phone a few weeks ago. They had no information beyond that as to exactly where this is.

 

Has anyone rented from them recently and can you confirm WHERE this pickup area actually is? We'll be coming over from Patriot parking (unloading in the shuttle area) and planning to get to the Luggage Dropoff doors with Rollator but need to know where to go from there.

 

Thanks in advance. TRYING to mitigate as many departure day aggravations as possible. 🙂
