I am reting through Avis 85.97 for the day.

I already have a car reserved with Avis and the price is definitely higher with the AARP code I used. I would like to use this coupon code. Do I cancel our current reservation and start all over? There is a note on the site that coupon discounts are not included in the total. It also states this on our confirmation. Does that mean if I give the new coupon code when we pick up the car we would get the better rate. Any suggestions?

The code W046000 goes in the AWD field. It is the first field, not the coupon field.

I booked with the code and then I cancelled my previous reservation.
