RCCL lost our luggage... need some help

Hi everyone,

We're back from our first cruise on the explorer of the seas, but ALL of our luggage wasn't so lucky. All three pieces of our luggage is still lost, a full 24hrs later.

I'm looking for advice from anyone who's been in a similar situation? I've done everything by the book in terms of filling out the tags we were supposed to, claiming them lost etc.

Is there anything i can do other then hope they are found and be patient until they are? I'm really disappointed so far in how the RCCL reps have responded to my concern.

THis was our first cruise and my luggage was damaged when it first arrived, now it's hjust plain missing.

Any advice would be helpful. BTW, i foolishly didn't buy insurance.

go figure. :(

we'd like to know how they misplace all three of our luggage as well. They were colour coded with the beige tags (which are supposed to come off first).

Apparently we weren't the only ones off of our floor (8th) to lose some pieces of luggage... we're just the only ones to have lost all of the pieces.

We waited 2.5 hrs for our luggage before having to leave. we had an 11:45 flight to catch and just barely caught it.

Does this happen often?
