Departing Flight

Hello fellow cruisers we are booked on the Miracle Aug 13 to 20, once off the ship how much time will I need to get to the airport? I would like to book 11:45 out of tampa is this enough time? Thankyou

You may be o.k. if you can self-disembark. Otherwise, a flight after 1PM would provide peace of mind.

Although Carnival suggests no outbound flights before 1pm - as Yogi suggested, sign up for early debarkation and you will probably be ok....unless there is a delay in the ship reaching the homeport...or some sort of customs hangup. Oooh, too many 'ifs' for me. I'd feel better having a later flight.

For Tampa, Carnival recommends flights be scheduled after 11:20.

There should be only one ship docking that morning and you should be able to make that flight. Go to the pursers desk and ask for early off tags.

but on the other hand== this is hurricane season and it may be better if you booked a later flight. If something else is docked in the channel the ship cant dock til its cleared.
