emporess Posted April 15, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2006 We just got back from our cruise and used Cameron Reid for our private tour in Barbados. His associate, Herman, is the person who was actually our guide for the day. He was fantastic. The island tour was great and he took us to Harrison's Cave which was at our cost in addition to the $125 for the 4 hour tour. It was nice having a private tour instead of being on a bus load with a bunch of strangers. We were also able to get into some smaller streets as we had a car. Cameron's email is: camireid@yahoo.com He answers emails quickly.
texancruzer Posted April 18, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2006 We too used Cameron on our 11/26 sailing....he was our guide for our 6 hour tour (4 of us) and we paid 150.00 for 6 hours. He was great ! His website is www.scenicbarbados.com and you have the option of doing the "tours" on the website OR HE WILL DO A CUSTOM TOUR FOR YOU DEPENDING ON YOUR INTERESTS.... HE DID FOR US. We did not want to go to the caves or botanical gardens - opting instead to see as much of this beautiful island as possible with an authentic "bajan" lunch. Thats just what we got :D
n8vtexn Posted May 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 4, 2006 Just wanted to add my kudos for Cameron as well. We were with him last week and really enjoyed our day with him. He is very professional, friendly, and drives a nice clean sedan. He had a great picnic lunch set up for us (at my request) and took us to a remote beach to enjoy it. We were able to see lots of Barbados. He is highly recommended by me. Brooke
