Never been on a kosher cruise - but my parents cruised with us in January and they are strictly kosher. RCI was able to offer kosher meals for the entire week - this was on the AOS and I'm sure kosher is available on all ships.

Please do have your travel agent inform the cruise line in advance that you will need kosher meals. Those provisions are ordered by request and not always available on board.

HAL has kosher meals by request, but they are not prepared on board. They are contracted from a kosher supplier, sealed, cooked onboard and delivered to your table still sealed.

 

btw: As GottaLuv says, always tell your TA that you have this (or any other) special need. The cruise lines will do all they can for you, but they have to know in advance.
