Our TA just tried to get us an upgrade for our 5/28 cruise and NCL said no upgrades available. She asked what if they are willing to pay and they still said NO! Ship is not sold out. She was not very happy with them!:mad:

Upsell and upgrade are very different from one another. An upsell is something that you pay for and an upgrade is something that happens for free, although not very frequently.
