Chupa Cabras Posted April 26, 2006 #5 Share Posted April 26, 2006 How can you tell what port the ship is in? Everytime I go to the cruise cam, it doesn't say what port it's in, an half the time the pictures are cut in half. If I click on the map, it shows a bunch of dots that aren't connected, and I still can't figure out where the ship is. Am I not doing something right? punkinheads Posted April 26, 2006 #6 Share Posted April 26, 2006 Carnival uses web cams. Usually if I can't figure out where they are, I look up the itinerary for that ship.
stowaway2k Posted April 26, 2006 #7 Share Posted April 26, 2006 Here is a great site for finding a ship's position: http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/cruiseships.phtml Click on "Ship Tracker" You can look at the chart, or, scroll below the chart for listings, or, scroll below the listings for a search by ship name or call letters. The information is only as good as that provided by the ship itself, and may be a day or so behind. But the ship's last reported position will be listed, and the date of that position. Ship's in dock will not be up-to-date
