Cigar Bar Questions

We are comparing the Carnival Conquest, Royal Caribbean Rhapsody of the Seas, and the NCL Dream for our first cruise next March/April. I know there are a lot of opinions on smoking on these boards and I am not looking for a fight or to stir things up. I am a very considerate smoker and would only think of lighting up when and where appropriate, for a good cigar is to be enjoyed not hurried. I would not smoke on my balcony and only on open deck when sanctioned by the cruise line, as in the cigars under the stars that I have read about.

So my questions are:

Do these ships have full time cigar bars? In some of the published information it seems that they allow the use of a lounge only during certain hours.

Can You supply your own cigars ?

Do they sell cuban cigars ?

What do they charge for cigars in these bars?
