Invoice from Princess came today along with paper work from TA.

 

Now it should be simple price of cruise plus air tickets gives total cost both agree on this figure.

 

Less credit note from Princess missing from TA paper work

 

Less already paid missing from Princess Paper work.

 

Less discount from TA missing from Princess paper work agree they might not know about this.

 

Then note confirming onboard credit missing from TA paper work.

 

A load of phone calls latter and we all agree on the figures.

 

Wait a minute is this not what agents get paid to do.

Wow that was a mouthful. What a shame you had to make all those calls to get everything straightened out. Yes, that is a job your TA should have taken care of. The only think that I can say is I would find me a new TA. I have called Princess and gotten answers to questions also and then called my TA and told her. I am thinking about looking for another one myself.

I would like to move but they offered the best price,

 

the fact that they are actual paying some money towards the cost by way of refunding part of there sales commission. Hence the reason iIthink that Princess paper work did not show this amount means they were the best price.

Help The invoice is still not right.

 

 

Been told today that we need to fly down the day before stay over night and catch early morning flight.

 

So hotel cost will be added to invoice.

 

May be this time the total will be the total.
