carnival legend balcony

We have an extended balcony, cabin 8152, and have 2 questions. 1-Are there lounge chairs on the exteded balconied cabins, and if not can we ask for lounge chairs? 2- Are these balconies open air, or is there a ceiling above them? Thanks for your help!!

I believe that there is one reclining chair, one regular chair and a small table on each balcony. The picture shows two balconies with the divider between them open. There is also an overhang above you. There was a similar thread today about extended balconies http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=337351
