I'm a bit confused. How do I start a new thread?:confused:
When you're in the forum in which you want to start a new thread, you will see a button on the left hand side of the page just above the listing of all the threads. It's marked "New Thread". Just click that.

 

But please have a look at the "new thread" links in the last line of my signature.

But what does the paper clip image mean.....its at the side of the check mark
That means that there's an attachment to one or more posts within the thread - but you have to look through the thread to see the attachment(s).

 

You may see the paper clip in threads without a check mark, too - these marks are independent of each other.
