Question Regarding Dress (& Portofinos)

Since we are looking at our first cruise with 2 children, we are trying to figure out ways to cut back on luggage. I used to bring 2 different suits for the formal / semi nights, but I'm thinking about renting a tux for the 2 formal nights. My question is, if we book Portofino's for the semi-formal night, can I get away with Khakis and a nice button down shirt (with collar)? If so, I'm assuming Chops would be the same? ;)

I think you definitely can. They request you dress smart casual and make a point, when you go there to make your reservation, to request no shorts and tank tops. Enjoy....it's a wonderful dining experience.

You will see some men wearing sports jackets, but you'll be fine with a shirt.
