Sutton Place - Elbow Room?

I've been reading these Canada items (great!) and the Elbow Room, on Davis Street, looks like a fun place for breakfast or lunch. Is it near Sutton Place?

Hi - we just returned from our cruise to Alaska and a 4 day pre-cruise stay in Vancouver. We ate at the Elbow Room one morning - they do not open till 8am or maybe 9am -- I've since forgotten - we were there one morning before 8 - so went back another day. It was a cute place. The waitress TRIED to be rude -but she kept smiling and giggling - it was too cute. When I asked for water, she just pointed to the water cooler. I am GLAD I had read ahead of time about the cafe' staff !!!! We enjoyed our breakfast....food was good, nothing outstanding, but we went just because we had read about it online.
