How do I arrange a bar set up?

I didn't see a way to do this on the ncl web site. Are these arranged by calling ncl? Or, should I email the online service I booked through?

You have to call NCL at 1 866 625-1159. Ask them for an E-mail confirmation also.

As Monty suggested call the number and arrange it over the telephone. This is not a service that NCL promotes or advertises; that's what is so great about these boards.

 

We ordered a set up for our 5/14 Alaska cruise on the Star, and it was waiting for us when we arrived at our cabin. We didn't receive an email confirmation, but we ordered about 3 weeks before sailing, and confirmed about 3 days before sailing..

I believe it HAS to be ordered at least 2 weeks before sailing;)

Try the number again and ask for the ship's coordinator of your ship. That person should know all about it. (866-625-1159).

 

You may also want to look into ordering mixers or plan on bringing your own.

 

The large group thing is a discount for groups of 20 or more (also a great deal if you can get it :-) )

You called the wrong number ? Make sure you are talking to passenger courtesy not reservations.
