Thanks for posting your pics....it was really neat to see them. We will be on the NOS this November. Looks like you chose some lovely beaches to visit. Did you get to them on your own, or as part of an excursion?

You're welcome...glad you enjoyed the pictures. As far as the beaches/excursions go. We arranged everything on our own. If you'd like more details on how to get to those destination, let me know and I'll give you all the info. The charter company we used in the British Virgin Islands was the best tour we've taken in 10 years of cruising!

Portofino's is amazing! The only regret I have is not trying it sooner! The service is outstanding, the food is out of this world and the presentation is something else too! I had no problem handing over $20 (tip included) for that experience...what a deal. So, definitely make arrangements to eat there. As for Chops, I didn't have the opportunity to dine there, but would like to on my next cruise. I've only heard good things about it as well.

All the photos in the Waterproof Gallery were taken with a Kodak Max Water & Sport disposable camera (27 exp.) and for the shots in all the other galleries, I used a Casio EXILIM EX-Z750.

The company we used took us to the British Virgin Islands (not St John), they took us to Tortola (for immigration), Norman Island (to snorkel The Caves and The Indians and a final stop at Jost Vank Dyke (White Bay and Soggy Dollar Bar).

We used a company called Best of USVI and booked the boat Stormy Petrel.

When calling...ask for Trevor, he's extremely helpful!!

TTCruiser,

Thanks so much for posting Navigator pictures as well as your day trips. I happened to notice your post on Friday (June 2) and was heading out the door at work and couldn't look at all the photos. I FINALLY found your post w/all the photos. Thank you so much for sharing your photos. My husband and I will be cruising the Navigator Sept 30th for 7 nights on a Western cruise. How was the onboard entertainment? Did you guys see any shows? How was the food in the main dining area, did you guys enjoy that as well?

Do you happen to have any of the Compasses for the Eastern Caribbean? We sail on the Navigator on July 1st and I'd just like to know what some of the current activities are. Also, which night would be a good night to book Chops because food is just so so in dining room? Were there many kids on board and/or could you tell there were many on board or were they almost invisible except in the food places, etc.?

Thanks,

Sue
