Renting snorkel gear question

Thinking of renting snorkel gear at Horshoebay and Tobacco beach.

Do they rent by the hour or by the day?

i dont know about horseshoe bay , but tobacco bay rents by the day,,, i think it was like 10 or 20 without fins with fins...

Must you rent the gear, or can bring own gear to the beaches?

You can bring your own.

I always bring my own. I have a mask that has glass lenses built in...it easy cheaper and you know what you are getting.

Last year at RCI's Labadee, my DH couldn't use his own gear. They made you rent theirs. He'll be bringing it to Bermuda!:D Thanks!

NCL at their private island lets you use your own and you must use a vest which if you have everything else, its free, I never heard of a place before that wouldn't let you use your own, and the places in Bermuda are public beaches and they will definetly let you use your own.
