Movie Buffs, Need your help!!!

Hi to All...

In the movie "Tea with Mussolini" with Cher as one of the stars. They had filmed in Florence, but I can't find the name of the place where in the movie the jewish art teacher was arrested. The marble statues were wonderful and I want to see them. PLEASE...can you tell me what place that was?. Was it part of the Academia? Uffizi Gallery?......Thanks...Dennis

If memory serves, Elsa (played by Cher) was arrested at the Uffizi Galleries.

We also enjoyed the movie.. Many scenes were shot in San Gimiganano, which happens to be one of our favorite places in Tuscany.
