chefajax Posted June 9, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 9, 2006 Hi to All... In the movie "Tea with Mussolini" with Cher as one of the stars. They had filmed in Florence, but I can't find the name of the place where in the movie the jewish art teacher was arrested. The marble statues were wonderful and I want to see them. PLEASE...can you tell me what place that was?. Was it part of the Academia? Uffizi Gallery?......Thanks...Dennis
waterbug1 Posted June 9, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 9, 2006 If memory serves, Elsa (played by Cher) was arrested at the Uffizi Galleries.
Rare Hlitner Posted June 10, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 10, 2006 We also enjoyed the movie.. Many scenes were shot in San Gimiganano, which happens to be one of our favorite places in Tuscany. Hank
