About 40€ give or take...may have extra charge for luggage and not including tip.

When you are doing your planning you might want to consider that the train from FCO to Rome Termini currently costs 9.50 Euros per person. One problem with this train line is that it uses the most isolated platforms at the Rome Termini station... leaving you a long walk from the train to the front of the large station where you can find plenty of taxis.
