Nassau excurisions that you can book yourself

Hi, just wondering if anyone has done this.....I would prefer to book some shore excurisions (well, actually one as we are on limited time) privately rather then go through NCL. I was able to do this in Miami, regarding the boat tour of the "rich and famous" homes purely by accident. We had taken the shuttle bus to the Mall, and were able to take this tour for literally pennys vs NCL prices. I was hoping to be able to book what NCL calls "The seaworld explorer" (which seems to be just a glass bottom boat ride,) or the "Hartley's undersea walk"(helmet diving) when we got off the ship in Nassau. Has anyone done this before? Can it be done?

Seaworld Explorer - looks like it's run by Superior Watersports in Freeport, not much on the internet, though. The same excursion is offered in Nassau, and they use the same photo on their website. It might be the same company.
