FWIW, the Disney ships do, but the Norwegian Sun doesn't.

Shoot... does anyone know if they use Tide as the detergent? We are going for a 9-day cruise, and not having self-serve laundry really stinks for us. Combine Tide with sunscreen on my kids and they break out in hives. We can only use Armond Hammer (the yellow box)...

We had laundry done twice while we were on board last week; was very pleased with their service and found it to be reasonable. I also brought along a bottle of Woolite (can you really buy packets??) for handwashing bras, and hung them in the shower at night.
