1st time to Key West

Our cruise will be porting in Key West June 27th from 7:30am-2:00pm. Any suggestions for something to do? We are travelling with 3 kids (ages 12, 13 and 15). None of us have ever been to Key West. Thanks!! :)

take the conch trolley tour,, a little history for the kids would be to go thru Truman's summer white house, and Hemingways house,, all within walking distance of the pier.. also mel fishers marine museum might be interesting for them.. you could also take the bike tour together...

Thanks a bunch! I think we will definitely do the trolley tour. I've always wanted to go to Key West. Any must-go-to's for eats? I read about the conch fritters?
