Has anyone corresponded with wowargentina in past two weeks?

I am still waiting for wowargentina to confirm my booking which I e-mailed two weeks ago, and followed up 5 days ago to no avail.

Has anyone heard from them in this time period? Or, is this an industry wide phenomenon due to World Cup soccer?
