Concierge Lounge on Enchantment

Who on Deck 8 gets to use the Concierge Lounge on the Enchantment? Is it open to anyone on that deck, or only to people booked in the suites, and if so, would it include the junior suites?

The concierge lounge access on Enchantment of the Seas has the same restrictions as the lounges on the Radiance and Voyager class ships. Only Diamond, Diamond Plus members of C&A and guests in suites (junior suites don't count) have access. It is a wonderful room with great seaviews and, if Giusseppe is still there, a fantastic concierge.

Only Freedom has separate lounges for suite passengers and Diamond and Diamond+ members.
