Royal Family Suite-Freedom/Liberty ?

Does anyone know if you can book a Royal Family Suite (aft deck 9) for four people? Everytime I try to book a cruise online it never comes up as an option.

We are sailing on the Freedom 7/9/2006 and have booked the RFS. I also at first attempted to book it online. Couldn't do it. Had to call RCI at the 800 # and they were able to book it for me. Agent told me that you can't book any of the conceirge suites through the web-must be done over the phone. Don't know why but it appears to be one of their rules.:rolleyes:

My understanding is that they won't let you book this particular suite for such a small group. It can fit up to 14 people, so obviously they would like to keep it available for a group that would bring in a lot more revenue. Since there's only one, there's a high demand for it. A simple case of capitalism at work. :)

 

That being said, I have never personally tried to book the RFS. This is third-hand information, so it couldn't hurt to ask RCI!

I believe it's the Presidential Family Suite holds 14, the Royal Family suite is a 2br 2bs, aft on deck 9...much smaller.......that's the one I wanted to book for 4 people.....
